The recipient is the American actor Garret Dillahunt who appeared as Wendell in the movie version of No Country for Old Men and as a gang member in the film adaptation of The Road.

It appears the rear board was bumped at some point, causing a triangular closed tear to rear panel of dust jacket and corresponding light abrasion to cloth. Otherwise the book is near-fine and the jacket exceptionally bright.
